For an idea that tackles a social problem to become a business that earns, it needs a business model, people to run it and a funding plan. We design the business model, and our executive directors take C-level roles to run it with the team.

The world is full of problems waiting to be solved: young people who cannot find work, regions that are fading, long-standing companies with no one to carry them on, and people quietly working in the field far from home. We believe these needs can become businesses that sustain themselves rather than ending with one-off support.
BridgeImpact was founded to build the bridge between them. Founders, institutions, companies and investors with good intentions meet one another and, instead of stopping at the problem, build businesses that actually run.
Our reason for this work begins with faith. But we believe the results should be visible to anyone: good jobs, honest management and real change in local communities. We hope you will join us on this path.

Governance

Decisions on investment and incubation follow a set process, and the auditor is independent of operations.
Compliance
We regularly check that investment and operations follow the law and our internal rules.
Conflicts of interest
Anyone with an interest in an investment target steps out of that decision.
Two-person approval
Funds are released only with two approvals and are checked again afterwards.
