Philosophy
A bridge built in faith,
impact connected through business.
Why we work, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Why We Work
Where there is need,
a business that lasts.
A business that stops when the grants stop cannot meet a need for long. We turn public and social needs into businesses funded by their own revenue, and take part directly in running them.
Our work ranges from BAM entrepreneurship training abroad to public–private projects in Korean regions and succession for companies with no successor. We judge each business by two questions: does it genuinely help people, and can it keep running on its own revenue without outside support?

Mission
Our mission
Our Mission is to support Missionaries & Christians in business as they build Christ-honoring companies in challenging environments for bringing the Kingdom impacts to the societies they serve.
Vision
Our vision
Our Vision is to be a mission focused global accelerator supporting start up-stage companies across the world by providing services like investment, training, mentoring and partner’s networking.
Core Values
Love, faithfulness, humility, excellence.
Love
Business starts with people. Before the numbers, we look at whose life will change.
Faithfulness
We keep our promises and relationships to the end, and carry out our role for the full period we agreed.
Humility
People in the field know the answers better. We listen to them first, then design the business.
Excellence
Good intentions are proven by good work. We build businesses that are judged by customers, revenue and operating results.
Business as Mission
Serving through business.
Business as Mission (BAM) does not use business as a tool for mission. It holds that the business itself, working honestly, creating good jobs and supplying what a community needs, is a form of service. BAM is why we work, and that reason makes our business standards stricter.
Good jobs
Workplaces with fair pay and room to learn.
Honest management
Transparent operations and promises kept.
With the community
Hiring local people and supplying the goods and services the community needs.
Faith is not a condition for support or partnership. We work with anyone who shares the goal.
BAM does not limit what we do. Public–private projects and business succession in Korea follow the same standards.

We are looking for partners who share this purpose.
We plan and run businesses in the field together with individuals, churches and institutions.
